I've once had a lady come in
"My computer has a small problem. It has a virus, and i cant get onto the internet"
The conversation continues with her explaining all the things which has been happening, yet she continues to say that it is a SMALL problem, when 80% of her computers functions have all been disabled....

Haha you can probably get people like that to buy a whole new system completely, and they'll believe you.

Nah, i think these people are the hardest to convince.
Cos they continue to insist that nothing is wrong, yet they still bring their computers in to get fixed. Because they make is sound like a small problem, they expect it to be fixed in a matter of minutes, and service to be inexpensive.
